I had my first semi-band practice the other night, it went fantabulous. Actually, our drummer is married, therefor he can no longer speak for himself, which means, we can only practice when his wifey thanks it's approiate. I'm still looking for more places to play. I slowed down in my search of venues to actually write some more, hopefully, soul searching songs. I'm 18 and I'm addicted to music, what can i do?? Don't answer that..

I uploaded my final version of Even though. This will definitely be on my "EP" , really looking foward to getting one done in the studio. A lot of songs have been written over the summer, Seattle has gave me more inspiration than I could use.
The Ep will be called "say hello, wave goodbye"

So yea.. I'm basically just riding on waves of notes right now. Trying to go back to the fundamentals of my music! I'll spend my whole life searching for minutes of great melodies as well as lyrics. I'm still planning on making a lil' acoustic album. I think in a way that'll allow the essence of some songs to shine through. I'm still looking for all the shows I can book in the area!!

It's been so long since I've felt something deep inside me.. WAIT!!
I'm joking.. don't leave..
Well, I'm hoping to record a whole acoustic CD at my house. I think this would fit my current style a lot better. I'm not really a "John Mayer" wannabe, but I really respect his style and craft. I hate when ppl compare me to that, just because I hold an acoustic. I mean, he's not even really an "acoustic only" player.. He is awesome with his Strat. I make my music!! Be creative and compare me to something other than the obvious.

I will be doing a few songs at the "Blooming Festival" in Metter Georgia on Saturday, March 26. I will start around 3:00PM, but there will be entertainment there all day. If you are anywhere near Metter come on out. There will be a lot of things going on.
